There is a paper boat hunt all over club penguin! There are lots of clues for the boats. It works like pins. Here are the basic locations:
-mine shack
-coffee shop
-dock
-iceberg
-pool
-puffle shop
-beach
-cove
Use logic of how a boat looks for the blueprint. It creates a picture of three boats. Then you will receive a blueprint background. Good luck!
